Albany’s
Diocesan Mother Church, The Cathedral of
the Immaculate Conception, stands as a
living testament to the storied history
of the Catholic Church in America and to
the devotion and commitment of our
founders.
Today, over 150 years after its doors
first opened, we, the inheritor’s and
present day guardians of this
magnificent artwork, must make a
commitment to restore and renew the
Cathedral, as our spiritual home.
It is my hope and prayer that you will
join with me and the many people who
have so generously donated to preserve
The Cathedral of the Immaculate
Conception.
Your gift will help to ensure that this
magnificent structure will continue to
stand for years to come as a glorious
symbol of God’s enduring and powerful
presence among us.
